I used to absolutely love this Dutch Bros location- it was hands-down my favorite. The team that worked here before made such a difference. They were consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, and they always got my drinks exactly right no matter what I ordered. They could really turn my whole day around! It’s obvious the baristas work super hard but there’s so many flaws in this seemingly simple establishment. No bathroom for baristas and they work alone for 5-6+ hours every night. Pretty impossible for anyone to get work done when there’s a constant line of cars and no staff. And when the nearby stores close down for the evenings? Not a bathroom or safe spot in sight in case of emergencies or personal need.
