My overall experience was good, but they can't put whipped cream on the straw anymore. Since covid happened, I used to get that as a kid. I had a hot chocolate and it was very good.
This location used to make the BEST drinks. I dont know what happened but they hired a new crew and today was third time I've bought a drink and it was awful! Also staff was very young, seemed super sloppy with a could care less attitude. Won't be back to this location.
They should be a little more attentive to customers orders.
