We love Dutch Bros but unfortunately the last few times at this location they seemed to be skimpy on the flavoring. A flavored drink should be sweet and both times they are not. I don’t know if they changed coffee beans and they are stronger masking the sweetness or if they are adding less flavorings.
Poor training and drink knowledge. Asked if they made a London Fog Tea, they said yes and then proceeded to ask what kind of tea I wanted in my drink. I replied Earl Grey, they responded they don’t have Earl Grey, my response was then you don’t have a London Fog. They disagreed and said that the vanilla flavoring is what makes a London Fog and they if I wanted black tea they could make it with their Paris Tea. It is the Bergamot in the Earl Grey tea that puts the “London” in the drink!
