Warmed item was barely even that. Gave us a drink we didn't order and gave one of the drinks we did order to someone else. Then, we were supposed to be comfortable drinking it from a stranger, instead of remaking it.
Edit: after contacting the management and giving specific feedback, the service has only gotten worse. It feels petty at this point. If you were trying to get rid of a frequent customer, you succeeded. I will not be coming back. Pictured: my “add whip”… a single dollop.
Not sure why, but the gals that work here are so standoffish. I’ve never had any problems with the guys, but whenever I come through the girls are typically unfriendly, if they don’t ignore me completely. Maybe it’s just the gen-z stare, but it feels like I’m being silently judged. Would give one star if it weren’t for the upbeat vibes the guys bring to the team. I guess it’s just coffee and snacks but it makes me not want to come through.
