They don't even have a windows worker making drinks specifically for walk ups. Which forces us to wait, or sit in a 15 car line which is not good on a car. If their are 10 cars in line and someone makes a walk up order, they should not have to wait the same amount of time as if they sat behind 15 cars. Horrible business practice, just say that no matter if you walk up, you will not have your order made until the cars that were in line before you, get served. Also, when people say light ice, put light ice, not extra.
Got a latte and they served it on a crack cup. Got coffee all over me.
