There was one employee who came and reprimanded a runner in front of myself and full vehicle. The reprimand should have been dealt with aside away from customers and definitely should have been a teaching moment. The runner was obviously embarrassed but did maintain her professionalism. I confronted the employee who reprimanded the runner and told him I did not appreciate his act in front of us and that he should have taken that time to teach the runner the issue that was occurring.
