Service is impeccable
Stopped by this morning after ordering online. I went up to the window and was greeted by a barista that was busy on another order, obviously no problem. She acknowledged me and said, “I’ll be with you in a moment”. She finished making the order she was working on and then proceeded to walk away. I had to flag down another member and ask them to just hand me my coffee that had been sitting there for the entire ten minutes I was standing there waiting for someone to help me.
