Desde que lo conocemos, debemos detenernos obligatoriamente y probar lo mas posible de su menú. El sabor y olor del café es tan delicioso y particular. El servicio es amable y gentil.
The wait was over 30 minutes and after I paid $25 for my drinks, I tasted mine which was the new Fruit Punch Rebel and it tasted like old water. Then the Topical Green Tea my friend got said tasted like dirty gym socks. This is seriously disappointing because I love Dutch.
Our drinks were good, however I waited around 40 min for 2 drinks. I wish they would have told us that their iPads were down, but instead they kept saying “your drinks are being made right now” and people who just ordered after us got their drinks first. It was my first time coming to this location and I hope it’s not this bad every time.
Just sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, and not a single person came out to take orders the entire time. The service and drinks are always great, but these wait times are getting out of hand. Management really needs to rethink staffing…having only two baristas in the evening clearly isn’t enough. I eventually had to use what seems like an “emergency exit lane” just to get out of line because I was running late for practice. If the issue is staffing, please hire more people…
Definitely going back to get coffee again. Very good customer service! Only complaint is that some of my drive thru customers struggle with the concept of a zipper merge. 🙄
