I think they do a pretty good job overall. Yes they have gotten my drink wrong a couple times but I always just email support or go back. They always make it right. Reason for 4 stars is the most frustrating thing to me is mobile ordering ahead does nothing for you at the location. 99% of the time you are waiting like everyone else in the drive thru line until you get to the window. 85% of the time the drinks are just being made. Dutch bros is one of my favorite places to grab a drink .The people are always so friendly and polite 🥰. This location has some of the kindest people . I’ll definitely be back soon :)
