Today marks the fourth time in a few months that I've received an item entirely different from what I ordered- in fact, the one I did get tastes like they didn't even complete all the steps of *making* the drink. I truly want to like Dutch Bros, and on the right day the coffee and quality of service is great, but this location has a serious problem with consistency. Small lot to go around, but they do have an outside person to take your order. Drinks are tasty, and they get busy very quickly. Good job guys!
