1 star not for the coffee or the employees, but for whoever decided to change the stand to a 1 drive thru lane. I used to get coffees daily for myself and coworkers, but since there is only 1 drive thru line now, wait time has tripled and there isnt enough time to grab coffees on break anymore. Even when they have an employee out taking orders, youre still waiting in a single line behind everyone else. Update: still my fave Dutch around. They have the best crew and are always incredibly kind. Don't know what I'd do without them, actually 😅
The new drive thru design is awful. Orders taken out of order, one line didn't move and I got stuck behind 4 cars that arrived after me and had their order taken sooner. Staff really needs to pay attention on arrival of cars if they're gonna do this sort of line.
