The speed of making the drink i order is fantastic on the other hand the amount of raspberry drizzle i get on some days are as unpredictable as a bi-polar person I would like some consistency with that but that’s my only complain other than the endless amount of people at all times.

I went to this location yesterday after not having Dutch in a long time. They got my husband’s order completely wrong. We had to drive back across town. They remade it but the vibe was crappy and no apology for the inconvenience or anything. I’m not used to Dutch employed acting so rude. I felt like I was customer servicing them and I don’t work there. Like, cmon guys, at least pretend you care. Didn’t even get a smile but I smiled at them and was as polite as possible. Very disappointing.
Don’t normally come to this location. Noticed they had two lines with 1 car in each so I assumed it would be quick before my dr appt. Well the person I got behind was currently ordering. Someone else came out and took my order while the car in front of me stayed there talking with the employee while multiple people got through the other line. Sat and waited for quite awhile as they chatted away. Was very frustrating.
