I haven’t ever been to a Dutch Bros before but I’ve heard a lot of hype about it so I decided to give it a try. This location I visited had an extremely confusing setup with 4 lines funneling into either side of the establishment for order pickup. There was an attendant on either side taking orders but when I asked if they had a menu the attendant said they did didn’t… sure how a business doesn’t have a menu to order from?
