The girl baristas today seemed uninterested in listening and acted like a simple request was a huge inconvenience. As a customer, it was frustrating to be treated that way. I think the company would benefit from hiring more friendly and professional employees who provide better customer service :)
Normally this place does okay. July 11th I tried to get coffee in the morning. Three cars. nothing mood for probably about 5 minutes. I had to back out because I was going to be late for work. I tried to go after work. That's a great feeling when you're supposed to be the next person spoken to. they look at you directly and then proceed to go to a different car.
