4:06 pm 07/12/26 Waited forever behind 1 car to get my drink, while the car in front of me and worker in drive through window were just chatting it up FOREVER, even AFTER the car in front of me got her order , she did not leave . They even held hand through window.. SO RUDE to make customers wait while your socializing during work
I’ve been coming here so much for the past 4 years. The employees are usually really chill and some even recognize me/my order. There’s only one dude that always has zero customer service/social skills. I’m used to him not having any social skills but today he was flat out rude. He doesn’t fit the Dutch bros “vibe” honestly. I don’t know his name but he has brown hair and wears a hat. He’s simply not fit to be at a coffee place like Dutch.
