Food and drinks at Cottonwood AZ store were fine. Service was poor, we were never called for our order as it cooled on the counter, staff spinning circles but no sense of order. Asked to speak with Manager but they never turned up. Can’t blame the young staff, but management clearly lacking.
This place is great. The people are nice, they’re fast, and they (in my experience) always get the orders right. I just tried their sliders today, and they’re okay, but for the speed that it was prepared they were really good! I totally recommend this place if you want coffee that’s fast and high-quality.
Get a phone inside each store im sick of trying to contact your stupid 1800 number which is always closed somehow. I lost some items and couldn't contact the store. Your company doesnt seem to cater to guest if we habe questions and your helpline os full how do we get put support. Phone lines in store!
Getting better. The workers seem to care and give proper customer service still seems to give to much ice in the drinks
