I love Dutch bros it's like family when you go there
I Came walk in and I notice they have a long line drive thru, I ordered before everyone in the drive thru and notice everyone is been gone and my order haven’t started yet I came and ask what’s going on why only drive thru is there prioritize he just answered me with oh yeah still working been here for almost 20mins and he was ok I will work on it right now.. what’s going on Dutch bros very poor service and all your employees including manager always play around before even taking orders they will have guest wait in front of... read more
Last night we went into the drive through around 9:50pm, nobody came to the car. There were two people in front of us. The baristas took their time with the car at the window and as soon as it hit 10pm the car at the window left. Then the next car went up and the baristas waved them away. When we went up to the window at 10:02 the barista waved us off and turned her back to us. This service was absolutely disrespectful and non professional. The barista wouldn’t open the window so I could get her name.
