Last night we went into the drive through around 9:50pm, nobody came to the car. There were two people in front of us. The baristas took their time with the car at the window and as soon as it hit 10pm the car at the window left. Then the next car went up and the baristas waved them away. When we went up to the window at 10:02 the barista waved us off and turned her back to us. This service was absolutely disrespectful and non professional. The barista wouldn’t open the window so I could get her name.
EVERY time I come to this location to get coffee before work, I am ALWAYS late. I will show up 20 minutes before work starts and I will still be waiting for so long it makes me late for work. DO BETTER
So so slow!
