I was drinking my drink when I suddenly felt something in my mouth. At first, I thought it was a piece of ice, but when I bit down, it didn’t break. I spit it out and examined it, only to realize it was a fingernail. Finding a fingernail in my drink was shocking and extremely unsanitary. This was a very disturbing experience and has made me question the quality control and cleanliness standards. I hope Dutch Bros takes this seriously and investigates how something like this could end up in a customer’s drink.
