They literally didnt listen to ANYTHING we ordered??? I ordered a small blue razz w cream and got a large raspberry with some foam????? Can we get adults and not kids who dont know how to LISTEN to an order???
My best friend and I really love this Dutch bros. It get SO busy I could not imagine working there. I think sometimes we see a drive through coffee and we expect waiting no longer than 10min. It’s just not realistic 100% of the time (unrelated to my experience) the atmosphere is awesome the baristas are awesome. And for coffee it’s a really good price. We go in SO frequently always a delight always delicious 😋 thanks guys!
Employee proceeded to give out free drinks and took espresso shots with the costumer, while there was a line of 8 cars minimum waiting, then proceeded to say (what do you want) annoyed energy as if we the customer forced to unnecessarily wait. I then gave her my order which included the instruction “less than a 1/4 sweet” the runner goes “so a 1/3 sweet” and I said “no, a 1/4” she then irritatedly says “oh well you said less than a quarter so”. Normally this place is decent. Today, asked for 2 hot Carmelizers with whip and drizzle. Not only were they barely lukewarm, there was no whip or drizzle. Didn’t find out till we were almost home (not 7 minutes away). Very disappointed.
