The drive thru set up here is completely whack and there is no signage . If you went an easy experience go to any other location haha They have you park in a spot to take your order and have some weird set up on each side and like expect you to know what’s happening as if we work here haha I don’t even live here 🤣 super weird and would recommend a different location lol signage and clear communication is key for smooth transactions and this whole set up just ain’t that lol
I’ve visited multiple locations, and I’m concerned. During payment, staff distracted me with conversation and didn’t show me the tip screen. I had no choice in tipping, and no receipt was given. This felt like a pattern. I urge management to ensure customers always control their own tipping. Check your tip screen before finalizing!
