I have been a loyal Dutch Bros customer for a long time and order the exact same drink almost every single day through the app. At this location, I was refused the drink I had already ordered and paid for. I was told they would not make it the way it was ordered, even though other Dutch Bros locations have no issue making it exactly the same.
