I totally understand customer service work at it myself, but it is ridiculous when they are talking to the person in front of me for over 20 minutes and then they still have audacity to still have you wait while they’re still talking to them in the window. Hands down the worst Dutch Bros I’ve ever gone worst attitude. They always add tips when you say no so make sure you check your charges extremely rude. They are never open when they’re supposed to be. Absolutely never going back
They always know my orders when I show up practically every day lol
