Don't order ahead from app unless the you know the drive thru line is empty. Had to wait 20 mins for my order cuz they made me wait behind all the other cars. They don't have a separate online order lane.

I ordered a brown butter chocolate chip latte, but was not informed that a key ingredient (chocolate chips) was out of stock until after receiving the drink. Customers should be notified before ordering and paying, and given the option to proceed or choose something else—especially when being charged full price.
