I normally go to the one close to my work place in Dallas. I visited this location that's close to my houses on 9/5/26 around 12:30pm. The line moved extremely slow even though the order was taken in line. I was not greeted at the drive through window with a smiling face or greeting. I was handed my drink without a thank you or anything. I ordered a Golden Eagle my normal drink and it tasted like it was all milk. Just an fyi to the staff a friendly smiles goes a long way even if the drink taste bad.
I ordered a dark chocolate iced latte and didn’t get a dark chocolate iced latte. The young lady gave me the wrong drink. I am very unsatisfied and left with a bad taste in my mouth. She gave me a drink that isn’t the dark chocolate iced latte. It doesn’t even have chocolate milk. I don’t ever want to come to this location again. I hope she didn’t do it on purpose.

These people are so authentic and darling. Hard working great enthusiasm that comes from their heart. It reflects ownership and management. Im always glad to tip here to show my support and encourage them. The competition has an entitled, haughty attitude which shows the moment something goes amiss. The competition resents conservatives, yet its conservatives who have the expendable income for their product. I love dutch brothers.
