Team there has always been kind and pleasant. However, used the app to order ahead and after showing up when the app specified the drink would be ready, the worker indicated they do not start the mobile order until you go to the window to pick up. Why order ahead through the app then? Kind of useless and the app is very misleading by giving you an estimated time when the drink would be ready. The drink is pre paid, why not make it? Love this place. I come here frequently and the staff are always smiling, friendly, and having fun while working. Sometimes I like to switch up what I get and they're always so helpful with drink recommendations and working with dietary restrictions. They have a ton of different drink options for everyone in your family from your grandpa to your kids!
The employees at this location are phenomenal. They are courteous and fast. The drinks are delicious. The app is great for getting free drinks. Today I got to meet the owner and he is a wonderful man and be made my day so much better then it was when I entered that drive thru. Keep up the great work everyone at this location and for all your wonderful kindness. Of note is an individual named Max. He was so kind.
