The employees at the Dutch Bros on Maize Rd are normally very nice and respectful, but I had an encounter today that was disappointing. I went to purchase a large drink for a crazy straw today (as part of a promotion), because the app mentioned if you purchase a medium or large drink on 6/20, a crazy straw would be included with every purchase. When I went to pick up my large drink order at 6 AM, I was told I would not receive a crazy straw, because it started at 3 PM. On the app, it did not specify a time these would start ... read more
