Not happy at all. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had going here. It was extremely busy, which wasn’t really the issue. The whole experience took over 45 minutes just to get one drink. They kept people’s drinks sitting rather than handing them out as they were ready. They were more concerned with rushing to get orders taken, then hand out orders in batches. The Queen Creek location is always friendly and the service is quick. We never have any issues and we visit frequently. Their drinks are delicious!
The girl at the window that took my order, did not know what one of drinks were. I guess because of a “name change”. Should still know what the old drinks were called as some of us loyal customers have been getting this drinks since Dutch Opened. My coffees tasted like sweet milk, barely any flavor of coffee. I had the staff remake them and they tasted the same. I let them know they still didn’t taste like they’re supposed to. Cold coffee, cold food, and generally weird vibe from staff. Everyone has a hard time speaking up and acts borderline skiddish.
