This is the closest Dutch bros to my house so we go pretty frequently. This location has always been very slow it takes anywhere 20-45 minutes for us to get our drinks. I don’t usually leave reviews even though this is very frustrating. Today we tried using mobile to speed up this process and it still took a long time and the order was wrong. Fast even though there was no person with collecting orders
I’m a big Dutch Fan, I come to this location everyday and i usually never complain about the way they serve me… today was not that day! I didn’t have a large order… 5 drinks and they were all the same. First they didn’t get the size right which happens often. The girls at the window when I let them know the size issue on the two drinks they had just made they just put more ice in the larger size and dump the small drink in the large cup to make it seem like they remained it correctly.
