Waited 45 minutes in line because they weren't taking orders except besides at the window. Due to "extreme weather" but there wasn't any "extreme" weather. See photo. Would've left line but there were people behind and in front of me.
Order ahead and drive 20 min to find out they don’t even have ingredients. Waste of time. The employees don’t even offer to fix it right away, didn’t have time to sit and wait around. The girl couldn’t even figure out how to cancel the order so I paid $8 for nothing definitely will stop doing to Dutch and will find somewhere else. Can’t even reach customer service to get a refund.
about the only negative things I have to say are that 1) I usually don't like the music they play and 2) it's often very busy so it's not a good choice for a quick caffeinated drink on the way to work or something. I do wish they had some more food options but I understand why they don't
