The management at this location really needs improvement. Who in their right mind schedules only two baristas during the busiest time of the day? It’s incredibly unfair to the staff and frustrating for customers. I’ve never been to this location and actually seen a manager present. The baristas today were amazing and did everything they could to help, but the managers should be ashamed of how poorly this store is being run.
So today is 10/12/2025 And i typically visit all different dutch bros. Today was the first day that they told me they can't split a large mocha freeze into two separate cups and fill with extra whip cream. Instead they would charge for two separate small mocha freezes and charge extra for extra whip cream into larger cup. Just thought I would let you all know
To the girl (did not catch her name) with an " E " necklace on 10/1, thank you soo much your service was soo good!! genuinely thanks, I had a not so pleasant visit at another location and decided to come to this location even though it's a little out of my way, and i did not regret it at all!
