I come here frequently and the line service continues to go downhill. Waiting in line due to socializing at the window or with someone in line after their orders have been placed/received for a hot minute. I order in app every time and wait a majority of the time and more often than not my freeze consistency is watery.
Normally I love coming here. However, I normally order ahead so I can grab a drink and go to work. Today there were two cars ahead of me. After 7 minutes and the first car was still waiting told me they must be short staffed so I had to give up my order (don't want to tell my boss I was late for getting coffee). Otherwise, great staff
I had never been offended anywhere, the woman who was at the window just looked at me and said that she doesn't speak Spanish, she didn't even give me the opportunity to said anything, that's the most racist thing... I'll never go back to this place
I went to Dutch Bros and the whole experience kind of rubbed me the wrong way. We had a server taking orders, so I asked her to make me a medium iced Americano with light creamer, cherry, and vanilla syrup. I got the coffee, and it was disgusting. So I went there today and the barista Gavin was the only one working. He was bouncing Window to Window working his tail off my drink cold drip ice was excellent. You need to give this guy a raise. Thank you, Gavin.!!!
