This is purely a drive thru place in the Walmart parking lot - a glorified coffee cart. A poor chap's out in the cold wind - getting his face blown off and taking orders manually instead of a 2-way radio speaker. It makes absolutely no sense to me from any of these perspectives - economic, financial, management, hr, or even just pure common sense! We had such a lovely experience here on Christmas eve day! One of staff members on drivethru kindly made a babycino for my toddler even though it wasn’t something they normally offer. I did not get a chance to ask his name but His kindness meant so much to us. Thank you and my son loved it !!
