Overall it's pretty good, except the past few times I've done an order from my house to pick up around 9:30am and I get there at 9:40am due to traffic and it still isn't ready? Like what's the point of making an order when it can't be ready?
Everything about this location is 10/10. The baristas are always super nice and polite, super friendly and will call you by name. Unfortunately I don’t know any of there names but I wish all of them got minimum 25% raises. They work their butts off every day and should be recognized for all of their hard work and dedication to making sure their customers feel good coming here.
They are fantastic! Always accommodating, even when busy. Remember to tip, these kids work hard. We never wait long, even when they are busy. Sometimes, if you order ahead, they'll run and get your drink and you can turn out of the line.
If you have allergies or sensitivities do not go here. I had gotten into the habit of treating myself with a matcha a few times a week while I’m out and about working this year. It’s mostly been enjoyable to stop in here and get this treat except when it’s not enjoyable it’s a major issue. I always order my drinks with almond milk and often times make sure when I pick it up that’s what it was made with unless the person handing it off specifically says it’s an almond milk matcha.
