I had the rudest experience today at Dutch Bros. We were in line through the drive-through when one of the employees who was taking our order had an absolutely no personality besides attitude. He completely rushed our order and was so disrespectful to us. On top of this our drinks took forever and our “blended drinks” were straight liquid.
Busy today because STICKERS!!!! But always good coffee excited to see them moving to a bigger spot right next door soon.
You want a tip but can't get the order right. We were at A DB by Berkeley Air Force Base in Aurora CO and I can tell you they got the order right and it was made just right and enjoyed every second. Today you put an X on the cup and it's leaves a mark on the face and you gave me the wrong coffee. One cranky customer after drinking through Denver to get to you and expectations for a good cup of Coffee
I used to rave about Dutch Bros, especially this one on garden of the gods, but they've fallen off with customer service and drink making so bad that I don't plan on coming back anymore. I thought the whole point of a broista was that they were super personable and friendly, talking to the person at the window used to be my favorite part, now I'm lucky if I get ask how I am and the chances that anyone will make conversation with me are next to none.
