I want to give Lexi a huge shoutout, she truly goes above and beyond brightening peoples day. She heard my dog passed away and instantly gave me a free drink on her, she was so caring and took the time to talk with me to make sure I was okay. I was having a horrible day and Lexi turned it right around and made my day 10x better, left with the biggest smile. She is such a hard worker. Thank you so much Lexi you are the best!!!!
You would think when you're paying $11 for a coffee you would at least get a thank you. I hear humble coffee is pretty good. Maybe they treat their customers with a little bit of respect. I'll have to try it out.
Terrible drive-thru and infrastructure, we waited 20 minutes and we didn’t even get to place an order. Turned around to drive out and we were blocked off adding another 10 minutes to leave. I recommend using other locations.
