Sat in line for 20 minutes, waiting for coffee. I guess there is normally someone outside for orders, but no one was there during their busiest time. We had to order at the window and wait another 10 minutes. When we finally got our drinks, they were the wrong size. First time at a Dutch bros, and it will be my last time.

Awesome coffee every time I come here. The teas are just as delicious too. March 2025 Update: Dutch Bros!! What happened to this location specifically?!? I agree with others, service and staff have been SLOW in almost a year, 15-25 min wait for coffee is too much, plus tips are still encouraged? Dutch Bros, start listening to customers concerns!!
The staff were super awesome and really gave an amazing experience. They even took my drink out to my car to get me through the line!
