I usually love going to this location but when they were making my drink, they complained about it at the window in front of me. I heard the whole thing about them complaining to make “extra thick” rebels but it’s their job and they shouldn’t be complaining in front of customers. I can understand their frustration with extra thick rebels but there was no line and no rush at all. They shouldn’t be complaining about drinks in front of customers that ordered it.

We like coming here but the people who take orders need better training during rushes. We waited in line for 20-30 minutes, they took our order at the end of the line (out of car order) by the time we got to the front our drinks were melted. People in front of us never got to order so we had to wait to get our order when we ordered first. Its honestly a mess.
