Never been here before, gal was wonderful and helpful
The location is amazing and the service is excellent! Never have to wait long and the baristas are extremely professional and polite.
I usually love going to this location but when they were making my drink, they complained about it at the window in front of me. I heard the whole thing about them complaining to make “extra thick” rebels but it’s their job and they shouldn’t be complaining in front of customers. I can understand their frustration with extra thick rebels but there was no line and no rush at all. They shouldn’t be complaining about drinks in front of customers that ordered it.
Whoever helped me with my very 1st visit/Birthday drink... Thank you for being so kind and welcoming! Will be back again soon 🤩
