I just wanted to give a big thank-you to the amazing barista at Dutch Bros! They were out of the syrup I usually get for my drink, but they recommended a substitute called Cookie, and it was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated their friendly attitude, great conversation, and the thoughtful recommendation. It totally made my day — and now I think I’ve found a new favorite drink. I come here a lot, usually its great but last night the person working there really dropped the ball and since there is no phone number to call i guess i'll leave this here for you guys: My order was wrong and not because the person working made a human mistake, it was because they were blasting music, taking pictures of the sunset on their phone and overal not caring about their job. i went by today and the girl who took my order was nice, but the person who gave me my drink was very rude. i said that the drink did not have the drizzle around the cup and on top like pictured and he/she had just taken the drink rudely and was visibly irritated with me for no reason. they threw the drink in another cup right in front of me and went to the back. it looked like they were saying stuff about me asking for the drizzle in the cup. i work at another dutch in san antonio, so i dont really appreciate all the attitu... read more
Mom-son date night ended with drinks at Dutch Bros. Payton served us with joy and was delightfully engaging. She made recommendations based on our tastes and feedback. She showed interest in my 12 year old - who is learning to have confidence in interacting with customer service representatives and making his own orders - and was genuinely friendly.
