I ordered a blended mocha using almond milk with caramel. The ice/drink had chunk of ice,not hardly blended.It had somewhat caramel mixed in,no almond milk.It was the worse blended ice drink ever.We lived in Tucson Az and visit frequent at Dutch brother and I loved it. I was so disappointed with this drink.I felt like I was drinking caramel water and couldn't even drink through the straw,it was chunky with ice,with a very bad taste.I was to far to turn back.I threw it out. We went to get coffee for my husbands 26th birthday! The staff was SO nice and went the extra mile to make him a special birthday drink! So sweet!
Being from Phoenix and very familiar with the brand and their standards with customer service, I was so excited when Bg got dutch bros. Today while going through the drive through Skylar was wonderful. She was bright bubble and great with conversation. It was so reminiscent of the various locations I frequented back in Phoenix. Great job! Rebels and coffees are always good as well.
