I adore dutch bros. Always a good time and ive literally never had a problem with an order.
You cannot have a drive thru sign that has two lanes and says in all caps PICK THE SHORTEST ONE and then embarrass your customers by telling them to actually go pull around and get in the longest line because they “merge.” They actually do not merge. I will happily take my money to another location if employees want to not work two lines.
