It's customary for me to attend the Frisco 380 location 2-3 times a week after dropping my kids off for early morning practice. Today, I ordered the usual, and the cashier handed me the cofee but while in transfer the lid was not secured and the hot cofee spilled and burned my hand. I honestly didn't hear her say sorry or show any form of remorse. She just turned an grabbed some napkins and handed them to me. I LOVE Dutch bros but this locations Baristas are not on par with the other locations. My drinks were not made properly and when asked to fix them I was given grief. I realize you’re busy, but I waited, paid and even tipped 20%. Don’t be ugly or rude. I’ll drive further now to skip this location.
