Ordered a coffee with soft top and it came out with about a dime sized amount of that. I’ve gone to many different dutch bros locations and know that there is a specified amount they are allowed to give, but for it to not even cover the top of my drink is insane, especially for the up charge. After I brought this up with the barista, it was met with annoyance.
