I had a fantastic experience at this Dutch Bros Coffee location on Ed Bluestein Blvd in Austin. From the moment I arrived, the energy and friendliness of the staff really stood out. The team working there was incredibly welcoming, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. It made the whole visit feel positive and refreshing. If you’re not going to service the other lane then put a traffic cone there or something. There’s two lanes at the drive thru, so you’d think they’d both be serviced but that’s not the case here. I got skipped bc I was in the second lane instead of being at the back of the long ahh line in the left lane. I don’t mind waiting but it should be clear which lane is being serviced.
Always very friendly and super fast They tell you about what’s new in the menu and get my order right every time
