Went to grab a coffee yesterday and went to the walk-up window. The girl working the walk up window, I think her name was Vivi, was super sweet and helpful. I got my coffee super fast and she was really friendly - overall great experience! Great location!
The staff are so friendly. Everything has been delicious so far. Great selection
Pulled up to this location at 9:50pm before closing and waited 15 minutes in line only for them to say they are closed and refused to serve us after serving the person in-front of us who was served after hours. I have been going to Dutch bros for years and never had a horrible customer service experience until I visited this location. The young guy and girl working this late night shift also made snarky comments - will not be coming back.
This was our first visit to Dutch Bros in Austin. It is the greatest experience we have had in the country. Jehame was kind and attentive. We truly appreciate the great hospitality. Thank you!
