Staff needs to focus on their jobs instead of “chatting” with customers. I sat in line for 10 minutes (2 cars in line including myself) and the person working the window was just talking with the car in front of me. Didn’t see the tablet to take an order till after they talked for 10 minutes. I’ve always had a great experience and had my drinks come out in a timely manner. But this rubbed me the wrong way. Very kind employee, went above and beyond and my drink was great especially for my first time trying! Definitely will try again!
Passing through Seguin, TX headed back home to Fort Worth, and we see our favorite drink spot. They had some traffic, which is not unusual, but where this location failed is that they rushed our drinks and they were sloppy. We ordered a iced Caramelizer with soft top and caramel drizzle and an iced Vanilla Mocha with soft top and chocolate drizzle.
