My wife is addicted! Has replaced Starbucks for her? She loves sugar free options.
The kids are always super nice but the last few times I have gone there has been more ice then liquid in my cup and when I am paying that much for coffee the cup should not still have significant weight to it when all the coffee is gone! Even starbucks gives me more liquid!
