I found the website for this florist online and decided to give it a chance to order flowers for my wife’s birthday. The checkout process was simple and smooth and the delivery date was two days after my order so I was unsure if timing would be an issue. I ordered a large arrangement for my friend’s bday. They were never delivered. I had to open a dispute with my bank. Additionally, they never called or followed up. The billing company they use had to contact me about the dispute. This owner has multiple shops and reviews are lack luster across the board. I would use Artistic Blooms in the medical center they never fail and always deliver beautiful arrangements. This place sucks and I regret ever ordering from them.
I’ve had the beer experience at Dusty’s flowers. All personal was super helpful & willing to make an arrangement right then and there. It took me about fifteen to wait for an arrangement that was customized to my liking once they asked me what my budget was and what I had in mind they worked around that, effectively. I appreciated the treatment and the professionalism the shop has. The quality of the flowers are great to begin with.
Worst business experience I've EVER dealt with. I ordered flowers to be shipped for someone who was in the hospital. They DIDN'T send them out and they charged my credit card. And it shows they want to send them out 3 months later. Get lost!! I tried calling them for the last 3 months and no answer. I emailed them, nothing. I don't live in Texas so I couldn't go to them personally. Awful awful experience.
