The business owner of this flower shop needs to change the person who was working there on Monday 16th of February at 11 AM. This person was very rude and unprofessional, additionally, she kept giving wrong information and did not seem informed about orders that were placed and then proceeded to insult me and hang up on me. I bought a bouquet of baloons and a succulent plant to be delivered to a HOTEL to surprise my wife for her birthday. Paid $40 for shipping just for it to be delievered to an incorrect residential address instead. I tried calling several times to get ahold of them with no answer. Why charge so much for delivery if it is this spotty? Had to spend an additional $50 to get someone to pick them up and correct their mistake. Will be requesting a refund.
