I was an out of town seller that needed local help as well as an agent that knew the local market. Dusty Rhodes was able to help me get the house in perfect condition to sell as well as provide an extensive list of comps and offer price logic. Dusty sold the house in less than a week slightly above the offer price and handled all the in-person closing requirements so I did no have to fly in for closing. Great service and professionalism from start to finish!
