My husband and I were with Dusty Farrow for roughly 10 years, at first the service was great, Dusty was amazing and extremely responsive. Filing claims was quick and easy- Dusty was there to answer any question we had and always went above and beyond to get answers for us. Dusty helped me out when nobody else would or was too expensive. He was able to cover my Auto Insurance needs and eventually my renter's then Homeowner's policy. Got a little shaky towards the end but all in all great service and they will take care of you if they are able.
I'm one of Dusty's insureds, great guy, very helpful and understands my needs. I'm likewise pleased with Country as well.
