Unprofessional
Treated me bias and have fractured skull, spondylitis, fused spine cage, SI joint, saticic nevere pinched from last surgery now new MRI shows that went up back and seeing surgeon again. Took my insurance no help at all. No quality of life. Over me smoking one year and 3 months ago. At my old pain management that said could long as it was under 300mg which never told what that means go here and no help at all. Wouldn't take million dollars go threw this and will make sure its fixed case others are done that way.
