I waited one and half hours in the waiting room prior to talking with the doctor. Then I had to wait over twenty minutes for the scheduler. I had to walk out due to an appt. I needed to get to. They want you to come in 15 minutes prior to appt for check-in which I did on line and then I had to wait for an extreme length of time. The doctor was nice and thorough.
Already starting to feel better. Your care was great . Just wish the front office would have let me know your office did not do gel shots. The referral you gave me does not belong to my insurance. Now I have to look for another doctor.
Very courteous and informative. Dr Sepich answered my questions. Looking forward to being pain free and back to my activities.
I made my appointment with Dr Sepich early November 2025 for a jiffy knee replacement. I couldn’t get in till February 10th 2026. I called mid December to see if he had any earlier cancellations & he did so I got a new appointment for January 30th, which I was delighted. Late afternoon on January 19th, I get a call from Dr. Sepich office stating The doctor has an emergency on the 30th & needs to cancel & reschedule.
