Dr. Reid care is very personalized compared to even some of the best doctors we consulted with. What I mean by that is they are very flexible with yours schedule, especially since the surgery center is within walking distance from his office. Some doctors only do consultation certain days and surgery certain days. Even some of the best doctors will do as many surgeries in one day as possible and boast 30 mins for breast augmentation. I fly in from NYC to see Dr. Reid! His skill and bedside manner are unparalleled. I've been going to him for Botox treatments for years and each visit begins with a thorough, personal consultation. His concern for my safety and satisfaction are top priority. He is professional yet completely approachable, it's a delight to visit his office. I was in search of a great surgeon to do my breast lift and augmentation, so after doing tons of research I came across Dr. Reid in Austin and heard soo many great things. First impressions count, and the staff at Restora Austin hit it out of the park - from the first phone call, to the last follow up appointment I felt like a good friend was sitting by me the whole time. Dr. Reid was very professional and kind - we discussed what I wanted to do and he was so patient and so genuinely interested in my thoughts and feelings - he really took the time to put me at ease.
