My mom and I have been going to Mr. Morris for years and years, he has always been very friendly and professional. Very caring and easy to schedule with. He is my go to doctor.
My whole family goes to Dr. Morris. He is an excellent physician.

My mother had Dustin Morris as a her pcp. I would attend all of her appointments. My mother can be a little bit difficult sometimes, but I've seen other physicians handle her better than Dr. Morris. I am not a fan of Dr. Morris. He wouldn't belive a scientific fact that gluten intolerance symptoms may include rash and edema. He knew little about it and then took on a defensive, misinformed stance. He's also not very compassionate and did not care to visit my mother when hospitalized.
If he is listening and paying attention, he is good. But he is often distracted, not listening. His staff is very slow responding, doesn't listen carefully, and frequently "drops the ball."
An extremely uncaring, and IMO incompetent, physician... I waited 4 months for a "new patient" appointment, his office staff screwed that up, so after another 6 weeks, finally... this guy spent 3 minutes with me, out of a scheduled 30 minute appointment... ignoring a list of problems and symptoms I have, like very high LDL, pain, hormone imbalances and then prescribed... an antidepressant! He had ZERO comments on what to do about obvious issues that were shown on labs I brought... AVOID!!!

Dr Morris is great! I would not like to give him up. The reason why I rated this POOR is because his staff that a person talks to on the phone or at the front desk is they don't listen correctly. I told them several times that I went on Medicare and my visit was a Welcome to Medicare Visit, which there is no charge and yet Medicare denied it because they marked it down as a routine doctor visit. Very frustrating having to make all these phone calls and wait times and using up my valuable time.
