The owner of this business left his dog tethered outside Prevail Union coffee today in 91 degree weather during a severe heat advisory, then tried to get into a verbal altercation when he was called out about it. He was not quickly running in for a coffee, he was sat inside, just enjoying himself. Tethering a dog to a stationary object is illegal in Alabama, and it’s especially messed up in this heat.
