Great window company.
Why don't they want to give access to the bathrooms, who do we buy fuel from? The excuse is always that the bathroom is out of order. And why doesn't the City do anything?
Dustin installed a roof for us in 2021, upon selling the inspector found that they covered up a good size hole in the decking with just tar paper and shingles. Company is bankrupt and he stated that he will not honor anything. Look elsewhere
The previous owner of our house hired Dustin Johnson Exteriors to install the roof in Jan 2019. In Dec 2022, we noticed a leak and attempted to contact DJE to repair the cause of the leak (exposed step flashing). They were very responsive until I found our warranty card. Then, radio silence. After 3 months of emailing and calling with no response, I called from a new number and spoke with Amanda.
