I worked with Dustin last June, 2024 for my new home purchase. It was a tough situation since I was in between two escrows (selling old condo and use the equity to purchase the new home). I engaged several lenders for my house purchase but none of them were consistent during the process. Dustin from Mission Fed Credit Union, was responsive, made the process fast and seamless, and got creative in financing my deal. He offered a very competetive rate for a 5/5 ARM and could close sooner than the originally promosed closing timeline. Dustin came with absolute best interest rate on a 5/5 ARM (to the point where other lenders we shopped with said there's no way they could come close to matching it), and most importantly was very available and informative when it came to questions and navigating the refi process. Such a smooth process, highly recommend at least checking with Dustin and Mission Fed before you lock a loan anywhere else.
