I engaged several lenders for my house purchase but none of them were consistent during the process. Dustin came with absolute best interest rate on a 5/5 ARM (to the point where other lenders we shopped with said there's no way they could come close to matching it), and most importantly was very available and informative when it came to questions and navigating the refi process. Such a smooth process, highly recommend at least checking with Dustin and Mission Fed before you lock a loan anywhere else.
