I had the same experience as several other posters. Purchased services through Amazon local. Called and spoke to a gentleman on the phone (3) separate times to schedule an appointment. He said someone would call back to make the appointment. Never once got a return call. Be very wary of dealing with this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! The first time I called to booked, I left several messages and they never called back. A couple weeks later I reached them made the appt and then they never showed up, never responded to phone calls or texts asking them what was going on. So I had an appointment on 2:00 pm Monday July 13th. I excused early from work to be there on time to open up for them and get them acquainted of my place since it was the 1st time I deal with them. It was 2:15 pm and they hadn't shown up so I called and no one picked up then I texted they responded they will be 50 mins late, and I said that's ok. I'll be waiting. Missed appointment. No call back. I got a discounted deal fro house cleaning through Amazon Local. They missed the first appointment because she was sick, which is perfectly understandable. We set up a second appointment and they did not show up or call before or after to let me know why. I called and texted a couple of times with no response. I hired Dustbusters through a deal on Amazon Local. They missed the first appointment because she was sick, which is perfectly understandable. We set up a second appointment, and they did not show up or call to let us know that they were not coming. I called and texted two or three times and got no return call. When I finally got through to Herb, he passed me to his wife, who hung up on me. I called back and got voicemail. They have still not returned my call. I had to get a refund through Amazon.

very courtesy and punctual Put simplified on time, affordable, the best service out thee. Even changes burnt light bulbs as they clean!! Come on people.
