I have had the most infuriating experience with Dust Chasers. Would be zero if I could. Where do I start? Is it the damage to my bathroom vent? Is it that the mold has grown back in 2 weeks? And when I pointed to the corner asking if it was gone I was told it was just fibreglass? Is it that they crushed the metal grate in my hvac unit? Is it that the fan motor started making noises after they left but I was dealing with my health and didn’t put 2 & 2 together now the fan motor has failed? These guys are expensive and not done work properly and was rushed to complete work. They charge extra that suppose to deal . Disappointed with his service.
Thanks Dust Chasers. Always my contact for duct cleaning. Have used them for many years from my old home to present one. I have used them maybe 5 times now. Always reasonable price and work is done professionally. Thanks again.
I was not aware that vents were suppose to be cleaned frequently. I never had my vents cleaned in 25 years. I recently started experiencing dust allergies and was advised to get the vents cleaned. Alex was very knowledgeable and ensured my vents are taken care off. Please see attached pictures for before and after. I highly recommend Alex and team. Their price was also very reasonable compare to few other places I inquired from.
Alex and his team were respectful, tidy, professional, fast, and extremely reliable. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated how Alex went above and beyond by sharing helpful tips and knowledge on how to properly maintain my home. His advice will honestly save me a lot of money in the long run. It’s rare to find a company that not only does great work but truly cares about educating their customers. Highly recommend!
