we used this service for two years to clean our AirBnB rental and paid them promptly. In Sept. 2021 I paid them IN ADVANCE for the month of Oct. They promptly cashed the check and NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Their phone number was blocked. I even sent them a post card to ask what was going on. I saw her home had a pending offer on it (same address as businss) so she moved and took the money and ran!
