Old Spaghetti? Maybe that's why... I have to concur with so many others with a strong dislike of this place. I've been to the one by pier 70 in Seattle and the one in Lynnwood. BOTH have been at best, mediocre. The food is somewhere between bad and (on a good day) tasteless. I really can't understand how they stay in business, when places with MUCH better fare go under. Obviously, the management knows something about the business end of restauranteuring, but they're clueless when it comes to cooking. Avoid...

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a place for great food and memorys. I grew up on and off in Seattle, The Old Spaghetti Factory is one of the places i remember going to with my family. I miss it a lot, then when i moved to California years after, my dad told me there is another Old Spaghetti Factory in San Diego! Now that I'm here in Alaska I will sure miss The old Spaghetti Factory.

Good food, long wait. Great food (at a high price), but the wait is very long. If you are looking for a great dining atmosphere and like the "authentic" old theme, this is a neat place. Just make reservations far in advanced and remember that good food and environment comes at a price.

Bad Italian food The only thing good about this place is the eclectic decorating. The food is overpriced and not good quality, nothing authentic about this place and definitely not worth the long wait. Strictly a place for tourists!

This place is fun to eat at! This is my favorite Italian restaurant of all. The Alfredo spinach ravioli is so good! This is a great Seattle restaurant with it being in an old brick building. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is wonderful with all the old tables, chairs and light fixtures. They even have a train caboose you can eat in if desired. It gets very busy, so try to be there before the dinner hour if you don't want to wait 30-45+ minutes for a table. They are not open all day, so make sure to c... read more

Great family restaurant! This is an excellent family restaurant to take the kids too. Always packed, you may have to wait 10 minutes for a table. Each table has it's own style of chairs, you may be seated in the caboose, or in a king style chair, etc. It's fun, the food is great, and cheap! Dinners include salad, and their spumoni signature ice cream! PROS: Great family restaurant! CONS: Lines are sometimes long

BAD EXPERIENCE! Corporate, I hope you are reading; this reflects on you and your employees! I didn't even eat the food, had it boxed and then threw it away after paying because of the experience. Okay, so this is my first time at this restaurant and my last! Horrible, offensive and disrespectful experience by our server Mitch (which wasn't the name he gave us after asking him for it because he didn't introduce himself or have a name tag). I can't remember the name he gave to be honest. The manager Sumitra was worse as she di... read more

My favorite Restuarant I go to this one the most often and never have bad service. The food is great and you can't beat the price. The are even great about subbing items in their specials. The only thing that I would change if I could is parking is horrendous and because they are so awesome there is almost always a wait on weekends

The WORST Italian food... Went for the first time with a friend today- while my friend RAVES that OSF is the BEST, I had a hard time even remotely agreeing with that. Trying the raved about Mizithra Butter pasta, ugh. I didn't have 'any browned butter sauce' that I could see or even taste. My friend kept pointing out- oooh look at the browned butter- I think he needs new glasses... mine was dry- though the pasta was cooked well, it was just... dry. The mizithra was mixed with parmesan, not a good pairing in my opinion and ag... read more
