perhaps you should start with removing fast from your mission statement. this has to be the worse customer service. to only have one office open during the holidays is pathetic
I called prior to getting off from work in Glendale. I called the Inglewood office because it was closer to where I live and was advised that ALL the locations where closed except for the Paramount location. I then got to the Paramount location at 7:36 PM & the doors were locked. A gentleman came out saying they decided to close early because they had too many people. I would've never waisted the time or gas coming out here had I known they make their own hours as the day goes.
This place is a total scam. They have no business ethics and prey on people in need. The doctor will not return calls, anytime you ask to speak to the billing department they send you to a voicemail and say they are out of the office. Seriously this place needs to be shut down, every location is horrible.
Why would they say they accept your insurance before you even go but when you get there supposedly they haven't been taking your insurance since November. Update your website and your employees please !
Love this place the girl on the front deck was very helpful didn't wait that long for the doctor to call me in .less then 30minets he was a very caring good doctor better then going to the emergency room. Thanks to God he gave me a benadryl shot my whole body is relaxing now. my hives are gone....I guess we all have are own different opinions but I sure love this place my first time going there.....
TOTAL RIP-OFF ! There was ONE other person in the waiting room when I arrived. Only one other person came out from the back and it still took OVER AN HOUR to see the doctor. 5 minutes with the doctor and he is gone. AND they overcharged me on my copay, which judging from other reviews I probably won't recover. Never going back !!!
They were really slow and not organized. Also everyone up front acts like they don't want to be there so don't ask for anything extra because they won't go out of there way to assist you with that. I would not recommend this location to be honest.
The worst experience of my life. Don't let the five stars fool you. I have been trying to get reimbursed for a deductible that I had already paid. They said they wouldn't see my son until I paid the money. I thought I was smart and put it in my credit card. It's been eight months and I've called several times as well as my insurance company. This place is a total scam. Watch out. I wouldn't ask them for help if I was dying. They have admitted to overcharging me and now they are playing games. So annoyed
