The medical assistants were polite and quick in their service. Dr. Allen was very thorough and nice in addressing my son's issue.I had to wait a little longer but it was worth it.

I was not feeling well on a Friday and called around to locate a urgent care, my first stop was Lakewood, CA, they were not excepting new patients at that time. So I finally located one in long beach, is where I reside. I found the facility a well kept and friendly atmosphere, however, I was charged for my copy: $100.00 upfront, which I was required to pay at that time. My copay per my insurance was only $30.00. I scrambled to find an urgent care facility for my cousin who is attending Cal State Long Beach (and parents do not live in area), for an ear infection. My intuition and knowledge that t was across from Memorial Hosp. led me to this Urgent Care (with nothing else to go by!). Very clean, nicely decorated, knowledgable and efficient staff.
