Dusk is a no nonsense type of bar and event venue that caters to indie rock and stiff drinks. Inside, it has that dark, Hollywood-type of dive feel, but the attention to detail goes beyond what you would find in a real 'dive.' For instance, a cocktail like the 'Dusk Manhattan' made with honey whiskey isn't created everywhere. Nonetheless, the club isn't that pretentious because you can still find old standbys like 'Gansett Lager in a can.

Tom the bartender and Joe the doorman are awesome! They made me feel very welcome on my first visit. The crowd was very friendly and I was greeted by many people I hadn't met before. The band that played was wicked kewl too! Great beer! They even sell cum rags lol! Very fun place! I'll be back.
My band, The Beast of Nod, played there last night. From the exterior, you might expect an unkempt dive. That couldn't be farther from the truth. Brick wall interior, decent size stage, good sound and friendly staff. Oh, and it's CLEAN. I was happy to play there and can't wait to return. PS: free beer for the bands is a great thing. Thanks Dusk!

Sound system and sound engineer were great. I've played there twice and each time the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'd gladly play there again and attend for other shows.
Assemblage 23 was one the greatest concert experiences of my life. The two bands Mari Kattman and Assemblage 23 were amazing. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely go to Dusk for another concert.
