Terrible service, extremely unprofessional. A DISGRACE to the Muslim ummah!
I took my Mom here. Have not received the test results even after 6 weeks. Called numerous (about six times) times. Each time I have been told that, the doctor will call back and the result will be emailed or Faxed, but have not received it.
Very easy to get an appointment. They dont overbook like many other places. The docs seem experienced and give both holistic and traditional medical advice which is important to me.
While I was surprised at the very Muslim environment, I had a very positive experience, despite the fact that I am not a Muslim.I was able to make an appointment as a first time patient on very short notice, was seen quickly (relative to other similar practices in the area), and treated with respect. My telephone contacts have all been very positive, as well.
Very pleased with the service and the fact that I can walk-in anytime. They are generally very prompt and knowledgeable about traditional medicine as well as herbal medicine from the Sunnah.
Very kind and family friendly enviornment. Thorough in examination with an earnest vested interest i the well being of patients. I and my son both seek the medical care and advice of the doctors at this location.
My child was looked after by general practitioner not a pediatrician. Also I felt uncomfortable with faith oriented setting. But easy to take appointment, friendly people.
