Her office staff is just about the rudest I have ever encountered. They tell you to be there 20 minutes earlier than your appointment and that if you’re not there early they will not see you. However the doctor has no problem making you wait. I was not too impressed with Dr. Dury either.

Not only was the staff welcoming and the nurse a delightful, Dr Dury was very patient and explained my options with much compassion and professionalism.

Dr. Dury was condescending, didn't listen to a word I was saying, repeatedly and rudely cut me off, and brushed off my concerns. I told her that I'm experiencing sciatic pains during my period, and menstrual cramps so bad that I used to pass out, and she told me that "pain is subjective and menstrual pain is normal" and then proceeded to smugly tell me how high her own pain tolerance is! What an absolute joke. Don't be a doctor if you treat your patients like they're idiots. Go elsewhere!

She is compassionate. You feel comfortable with her. Most of all she listens and you are not rushed. She explains everything in detail. There is nothing more meaningful then to have a Doctor with such a wonderful disposition. A Doctor who does not treat you like you were just a name on a chart. I would totally recommend her.

I leave far from this doctor due my insurance I did not have many doctors near me, the treatment by Dr Dury staff was horrible, I was asked to be there 20 minutes prior my appointment due some paperwork that I did not have fill out the doctor refused to see me, note I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and took me 50 minutes to get there, the paper work only took 5 minutes to be fill out, but the receptionist told me that instead 20 minutes I needed to be there 40 minutes early

I received an e-mail and two phone calls stating my scheduled appointment time. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was rudely informed that I should have arrived 20 minutes early. No one had told me that, and the receptionist lied to me, apparently to save face. The staff should be properly trained and screened before working at a medical facility. D+

My review is actually about Dr.Dury's receptionist and/or staff. I am sharing this because it is a situation that occurs quite often now in the medical field, and could easily be avoided if employees were properly trained. I scheduled an appointment many months in advance and was given my date and time, etc. The standard procedure when scheduling an appointment. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was told I was late, but no one informed me to arrive early. And the receptionist lied about it.

I went to see Dr. Dury for a medical clearance and discussed at my one & only visit with her how imperative it was to have these results & procedures (if necessary) done as quickly as possible. I received a phone call with results but every time I tried to contact the office to obtain a letter of clearance or ask if we could proceed with the procedure necessary to obtain clearance, I was given the run around. She also kept cutting me off during our first visit which should have been an indicator
