I received an e-mail and two phone calls stating my scheduled appointment time. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was rudely informed that I should have arrived 20 minutes early. No one had told me that, and the receptionist lied to me, apparently to save face. The staff should be properly trained and screened before working at a medical facility. D+

Only doctor I have that really talks to you and listens. Doesn't run out the door when your 15 minutes is up as most doctors do!

The office staff was very friendly. Answered all my questions. Got in quickly when they knew I was having pain. Everyone in the office was smiling and helpful.

No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
No idea what the situation, but Dr Dury's office has been cleaned-out! Empty. No phone service. Radiology office next door said they had no idea... she was there on a Friday & never came back the following Monday & the office was cleaned-out over the weekend. I was very happy with this doctor, not happy about having to "shop around" for a new gyn... and still left with a big ? about what happened.
